The following five or six pictures are ones I took at Grand Rapids, MN for the 2nd annual “Goods from the Woods” art show, exhibition and demonstration, which was held September 18-19, 2004. All items are to be gathered or taken from the woods of primarily Minnesota as a prerequisite of participation as a craftsperson. There was everything that you can imagine, from basketry to carving, furniture, chandeliers, knives, soap, skins, even and Indian tepee, etc., etc., etc.
I didn’t have enough inventory to participate myself this year, but you can bet I’ll be there next year, this is a terrific show and sale!
