Look what I discovered! A YouTube video of a news broadcast advertising the Wolf River Basketry Guild’s Fall Workshop in Shawano, Wisconsin that was held September 18-20, 2009! President Mary Conradt was great in the interview.
And an antler basket that someone had woven using my “Forest Secrets” antler basket pattern was featured, how exciting! Wonder who wove it and whether they took the class from me or purchased my antler basket pattern?
The Wolf River Basketry Guild celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2013, and I was one of three teachers at the Fall Workshop that year! I taught two antler basket classes and one wide binding cane twill footstool class.
